Now I see the '-fs' option can be used in many hdfs subcommands, but these
commands hardly not documented the usage of '-fs'. Do you mean we should add
the usage of '-fs' option one by one? I think one better way based on the v01
patch is to add the supported hdfs commands which can used '-fs' option in the
documentation.
