Just an update. HADOOP-13673 is nearing completion. After it gets committed,
it'll be trivial to run multiple daemons as multiple users in a single docker
image for those releases that have this patch. This greatly simplifies any
start up code needed under docker, as the su'ing is handled by Apache Hadoop
itself.
