The following changes to subversion were proposed and discussed. There seems
to be general agreement currently on this new structure:
CURRENT SVN REPO:
hadoop / { common, mapreduce, hdfs } / { trunk, branches/*, tags/* }
PROPOSAL:
hadoop/ { trunk, branches/*, tags/* } / { common, hdfs, mapreduce }
remove old pig, hive, and zookeeper
leave logos, nightly, and site
