Considering how little has changed since Apache 0.20.0 was released almost two
years, not many because there was no need.
This JIRA is a great example of something that will likely be long fixed before
an actual Apache release with the fix sees the light of day. Which is why I'm
mostly opposed to it going in, but not enough to -1 it. I think we'll look
like fools when a year down the road we have a reference to a bug that was long
fixed, but whatever.
