Summary: Upgrade azure-storage sdk version >5.4.0 (was: Upgrade
azure-storage sdk version >5.3.0)
I'm assuming after [HADOOP-14662] we still don't have the changes for seek
optimization. So I'll just update the summary here.
[~rajesh.balamohan], if you think this is not needed any more, feel free to
