Thanks [~ajayydv] for working on this. The patch looks good to me overall. I
just have one question:

Line 3187: can we keep the addTags() API simple as documented on line 3183
without the additional varagrs? {color:#000000}Different components can add
customized tags via {color}HADOOP_CUSTOM_TAGS.
