Good one - attached an addition to core-default.xml and troubleshooting.md (and
I checked the resulting html for correctness). How's that for wording? If
anyone's wondering, the "compute framework" referred to where I've actually
seen this problem a bunch is on Impala workloads, but I suspect the advice is
generally applicable.
