Thanks [~lukmajercak] for working on this.
Right now, [^HADOOP-15707.000.patch] touches Commons, YARN (RM), and HDFS (NN
and Router).
I think this is small enough that it could go in this single patch.
We may want to add some documentation maybe in the HA pages.
I'll update the description with the use cases.
