checkstyle failures mostly about lines being 81-82 chars wide, and all the new
tests in ITestDynamoDBMetadataStoreScale having names like "test_010_", which
is exactly what we want for ordered test cases.
One legit entry on indentation of a } catch (something) clause in a test method
in that class; fixed in patch 009.
