oh, I'm reading the title more
# You cannot disable caching on those tests which explicitly inject filesystems
into the configs. You must forcibly set caching to true to all tests where
setup call {{FileSystemTestHelper.addFileSystemForTesting()}}.
Proposed: close as invalid.
You could explicitly enable FS Caching on all those tests, which is why I'm
leaving this open for you to submit a patch for that. But those tests are
*working as intended*
