I don't think that's related - its failing to compile ozone because it can't
find an ozone jar:
{noformat}
Failure to find org.apache.hadoop:hadoop-ozone-common:jar:0.3.0-SNAPSHOT in
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots was cached in the
local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval
of apache.snapshots.https has elapsed or updates are forced{noformat}
All this patch does to ozone is update the bouncycastle dependency, and it
works fine locally, so I'm guessing the Jenkins build is caching something
wrong maybe?
Any ideas [~ajisakaa] or [~haibochen]? I'm inclined to say this isn't related,
but I also don't want to break the build if it's a real problem.
