Thank you [~mackrorysd], [~DanielZhou], [~tmarquardt] for working on this. 
I was able to test patch v002 in my environment and it passes the tests. I 
turned off the System Identity on all VMs and only had the User Identity so 
that client ID matches expected behavior.


Note: One of the VMs reported an error for Managed Identity, after a restart 
of the VM with system assigned identity removed and user assigned identity 
added. This is possible due to an old identity being stuck on the VM.  The 
reason for this, from an offline sync was understood to be due to how the 
“default” identity caching works in IMDS.


Although, this issue doesn’t seem to be a blocker for this JIRA.
