this patch adds more diagnostics to the query
* logs request headers @ debug,
* logs info about signing mechanism and for shared key the timestamp and
signature)
* The OAuth token is not logged.
Adds the documentation for abfs. It's not complete, but it does cover
* namespaces
* all the auth mechanisms, including what params they need,
* a starting section on troubleshooting
* scalability values
* links to this from the index.md page
Tested: abfs amsterdam. All the hadoop-abfs tests work; hadoop fs commands are
failing for me, which I'm hoping is some configuration related to my command
line deployment.
