[~smeng] Thank you for working on this very useful change.
For implementing {{ipc.[portnumber].callqueue.impl}}, I believe one must
configure NN Service RPC Port and this {{[portnumber]}} should be different
from the NN Service RPC Port and Datanode Lifeline Port.
I think we must include this cautionary detail in this doc.
