Thanks for the work here. This patch changed
hadoop-project/pom.xml
hadoop-tools/hadoop-aws/pom.xml

but not 

hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs-httpfs/pom.xml

Wonder if it's because a similar change is not needed in 
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs-httpfs/pom.xml, or it's a miss?
