The integration is already enabled by Apache with default values.
this is just tuning that. As of now we have to explicitly link the Github PR
with Jira, that will happen automatically(That used to happen earlier? but
isn't happening now)
The comments on PR will be shown in worklog in jira aswell and in the jira
project summary.(This was by default enabled, I just gave Github Permissions,
so it started happening)
