### Description of PR
Using File.separator instead of "\" to make glob expansion OS agnostic.
Fixes following bug: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-10978
### How was this patch tested?
Verified on a Windows test cluster. Auxiliary service starts correctly when
the configuration is provided.
