@singer-bin Thanks for updating the PR.
How about we stop using `conf.setClass` in `startDFCluster`, and reconfigure
`DummyCachingGetSpaceUsed` in the unit test, and replace the order of the
assertions? (But after this change, somehow the unit test failed.)
