YARN-11567 - Aggregate container launch debug artifacts automatically in case of error - create new feature flag: yarn.nodemanager.log-container-debug-info-on-error.enabled - default: false - if true, the feature records debug artifact for non-zero exit codes - If yarn.nodemanager.log-container-debug-info.enabled is true, it does not have effect on the behavior. ### How was this patch tested?
