Normally, BlockManagerSafeMode will leave the safemode only if the number of reported block has reached the threshold. So it only involves BM, so the BMWrite lock is enough for it. But `checkAndProvisionSnapshotTrashRoots` in the `leaveSafeMode` needs to create some directories, so it needs FSWriteLock. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
