I apologize for my delayed response. branch-3.4 has been completed, but when
I attempted to backport to branch-3.3, I encountered complications because many
modifications related to YARN Federation are not present on branch-3.3. This
has made the pull request somewhat complex, but I will continue working on
completing this task.
