Presently, say _abfsConfiguration.isInputStreamLazyOptimization_ is
**disabled** then it will enter into the block even if its not
ENCRYPTION_CONTEXT ?
Appreciates if you could clarify - on what condition the below code should
be skipped(can't be executed) ?
