   I ran into this earlier today and was initially confused b/c [the docs 
mention that these 
fields](https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/stable/hadoop-azure/abfs.html#Azure_Managed_Identity)
 should be optional but my stack trace showed otherwise.  I'd also be happy if 
we can get this reviewed and merged 🙏
