Hi, I managed to use reflection to replace the direct call of `sun.misc.Singal` in https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/7759 so that we don't need to worry about pulling new dependencies. I think the only advantage is making us closer to compile Hadoop with `--release 8`?
