Review Comment:
only reqd for testing purpose. We have tests where we validate ingress
handlers based on configurations. Now since we set ingress service type from
clienthandler instead of abfsconfig directly- we need to reassign it.
For user flow- it still remains the same since config wont change in the
middle of workload
