I saw that, interesting. Other ideas?
(1) Use artifacts upload/download feature to store images. I am not sure how
we would version it properly so it only gets rebuilt when needed, though.
Besides that issue, a basic example:

(2) These Docker github-actions cache options seem to still need container
repository access, but could be useful in future to speed up image building
(even when there are some changes).
