Gentle ping @Hexiaoqiao. The patch has been rebased onto the latest trunk and all compile/spotbugs/javadoc/shadedclient checks are green. The only CI `-1` is an unrelated flaky test (`TestBalancerWithHANameNodes` this time, `TestBlockRecoveryCauseStandbyNameNodeCrash` before) — neither touches the IBR code path, and the two tests added in this PR always pass. I've just triggered a fresh recheck. Could you please take another look when you have a moment? Happy to address any further comments.
