### Description of PR
(Waiting for ASF Jira account creation to create an issue)
When `fs.azure.metrics.collection.enabled` is `true` (default value),
`AbfsMetricsManager` creates non-daemon ScheduledExecutor thread, which blocks
the shutdown of the JVM (therefore blocking `ShutdownHookManager` which cleans
the `FileSystem` cache)
`AbfsMetricsManager` now creates scheduled executors using the same
convention as other classes (daemon with adequate name)
Contains content generated by GLM 5.3 Flash (test method)
