The follow-up is already in #8753 (HADOOP-19993), opened by @jojochuang and currently approved. It marks the two `McpHttpServlet` fields as transient to address this exact `SE_BAD_FIELD` warning. [Build 16's trunk report](https://ci-hadoop.apache.org/job/hadoop-multibranch/job/PR-8307/16/artifact/out/branch-spotbugs-hadoop-common-project_hadoop-common-warnings.html) lists `requestHandler`; the patch SpotBugs check passed.
