   ### Description of PR

   Fixes [YARN-11056](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-11056).

Correct 12 occurrences of `Nvidia` to `NVIDIA` in three YARN GPU guides and
the GPU Docker plugin description in `yarn-default.xml`. Commands, class names,
URLs, and configuration values are unchanged.

   ### How was this patch tested?

   - `git diff --check` passed.
   - Verified that the changes consist only of capitalization corrections and
final newlines in the three Markdown files.
   - Parsed `yarn-default.xml` and verified that all content outside
descriptions is unchanged.
   - No build or runtime tests were run because this change only updates
documentation text.

   ### For code changes:

(e.g. 'HADOOP-17799. Your PR title ...')?
   - [ ] Object storage: Have the integration tests been executed and the
endpoint
declared according to the connector-specific documentation? *Note:
Automated CI
testing doesn't cover all cases so manual testing with cloud storage
is still
required.* Not applicable: no object storage changes.
   - [ ] If adding new dependencies to the code, are these dependencies
licensed in a way that is compatible for inclusion under [ASF

new dependencies.
   - [ ] If applicable, have you updated the `LICENSE`, `LICENSE-binary`,
`NOTICE-binary` files? Not applicable: no licensing changes.
