The HADOOP-19395 will be the UMBRELLA JIRA for the javax to jakarta namespace
change. This JIRA can focus in the analysis phase to map the javax-bound
dependencies to their jakarta replacements (Jersey, Jetty ee10, JAXB, Guice,
Jackson)
