   ### Description of PR

JIRA: MAPREDUCE-7541. Fix AM WebUI attempts page.

Fix the MapReduce AM attempts page by binding `App` in request scope, so the
controller and view share the job selected for the current request.

This continues https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/8652 and preserves the
original author's commit. The follow-up addresses the outstanding cleanup
review and strengthens the HTTP regression test:
   - Verify actual map and reduce attempt IDs and task-type filtering.
   - Set connection and read timeouts.
   - Disconnect HTTP connections and stop both the client service and MRApp in
finally blocks.

   ### How was this patch tested?

Tested with Java 17, without the native profile:

   `mvn -pl
hadoop-mapreduce-project/hadoop-mapreduce-client/hadoop-mapreduce-client-app
-Dtest=TestAMWebApp,TestAppController -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=false test`

   - 28 tests passed, with 0 failures, 0 errors, and 0 skipped.

   CI

   ### For code changes:

   - [ ] Does the title of this PR start with the corresponding JIRA issue id
(e.g. 'HADOOP-17799. Your PR title ...')?
   - [ ] Object storage: Have the integration tests been executed and the
endpoint
declared according to the connector-specific documentation? *Note:
Automated CI
testing doesn't cover all cases so manual testing with cloud storage
is still
         required.*
   - [ ] If adding new dependencies to the code, are these dependencies
licensed in a way that is compatible for inclusion under [ASF

   - [ ] If applicable, have you updated the `LICENSE`, `LICENSE-binary`,
`NOTICE-binary` files?
