## What Bump `actions/checkout` from `v3` to `v4` in `.github/workflows/labeler.yml` (one line). ## Why - `v4` is the current major version. `v3` runs on the deprecated Node 16 runtime inside Actions. - The `sparse-checkout` input used by this workflow is supported by `v4`, so behaviour is unchanged. - The job runs on `ubuntu-latest` (GitHub-hosted), so no self-hosted runner considerations. ## Scope One file, one line.
