### Description of PR Fixes [HADOOP-20037](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-20037). Correct four text errors in Hadoop Common: - Change "query paramater" to "query parameters" in AsyncProfilerServlet.md and the matching ProfileServlet Javadoc. - Remove the duplicated "by" from the io.compression.codec.bzip2.library description in core-default.xml. - Remove the duplicated "a" from the fs.creation.parallel.count description in core-default.xml. Configuration names and values, commands, executable Java code, and existing end-of-file formatting are unchanged. The negative-cache description already covered by HADOOP-14588 is not included. ### How was this patch tested? git diff --check passed; core-default.xml parses successfully; all non-description property fields match the base; each file contains only the exact intended text substitutions. No Maven build or unit tests were run locally. No new functional tests are needed for these documentation-only corrections. If test4tests reports the absence of modified test files, please review that item as not applicable to this text-only patch.
