### Description of PR HBase, Hive, Spark, Ozone and Knox compile against hadoop-auth's filters and HttpServer2. TestDownstreamServletCompatibility asserts that this surface speaks javax.servlet and that its public classes name no Jetty type, and runs a downstream-style filter and servlet on an HttpServer2. The test pins the HttpServer2 behaviour offered to downstream projects: a redirect's Location is absolute, /static lists no directory, paths with an empty segment, an encoded percent or an encoded backslash reach the servlet, and /logs keeps its admin check when hadoop.log.dir is missing. Also sets relativeRedirectAllowed explicitly: Jetty 9.4 defaults it to false, so this changes nothing today; Jetty 12 defaults it to true. Test-only change plus the relativeRedirectAllowed pin in HttpServer2. ### How was this patch tested?
