### Description of PR Upgrade Guice from 5.1.0 to 6.0.0, which accepts both `javax.inject` and `jakarta.inject`, so the later jakarta migration (HADOOP-19395) no longer needs a Guice fork. LICENSE-binary records the new version. ### How was this patch tested?
