Andy, Thanks for taking on this (unhealthy) task.
I've canceled the patch to avoid test-patch to run because of the script that
I'm attaching. The script has the mkdir/move operations you indicated in the
JIRA working both as filesystem ops (for git) and as SVN ops (for svn). the old
doc deletes could be added there instead of the patch as well.
I've build the site and staged (as Tom indicated), I've found the converted
docs by going to their URLs directly, but I couldn't get to the through the
side navigation bar.
Once we have they in the navigation bar then I think we could commit this and
continue the rest as incremental work.
