[~xieliang007] It'd be cool to try.  One thought I had was turning off all 
compaction in the hbase process and running the compaction externally (there is 
a compaction 'tool' in hbase) and see how ionice'ing this process does (I don't 
even know if ionice even uses ioprio_set?)
