Attachment: HADOOP-11470.001.patch
Patch posted. It's two APIs: Ranges and NullOutputStream. NullOutputStream is
replaced by hadoop's own IOUtils.NullOutputStream. Ranges is replaced by Apache
Commons' LongRange.
