Description:
Namenode,DataNode,journalnode,ResourceManager, Nodemanager and historyservice
etc... will initialize DefaultMetricsSystem hence following log will be logged
for all the classes which is not correct.. since snapshot feature is related to
HDFS and this can be logged when snapshot is enabled.
