-1 for now, please hold off on committing Cos. I'd like to spend some more time
figuring out what's happening, because we need to be super careful about adding
deps to hadoop-common.
hadoop-nfs builds with current trunk for me and I assume Hadoop precommit since
it passed on HADOOP-11489. Do we know why exactly it doesn't work for Bigtop?
Also if this was broken by HADOOP-11489, why isn't the fix simply reverting
HADOOP-11489?
