Yes, the EMR offering from Amazon at http://aws.amazon.com/elasticmapreduce/
They support three base versions as noted on http://aws.amazon.com/elasticmapreduce/faqs/#dev-12 and 0.20.205 is one of them, but they do not directly run apache-release versions of those deployment-wise, as mentioned in the same link.
