I am working with eclipse 3.3.1, hadoop plugin 0.20.30 hadoop vm appliance 0.20. I got an address of 192.168.200.129. I entered that information in the plugin settings. I also set the user to hadoop-user in eclipse.plug-in.user.name, mapred.system.dir to /mapred/system, but it fails to connect.
