I think we're still waiting for Glenn to flush out the area for the filters, he's on vacation right now so who knows what his time frame is. The upload filter also currently depends on the com.oreilly.servlets package from servlets.com by Jason Hunter, and I was waiting to see if there was any interest in getting an upload package in the jakarta domain. There was talk of this when the filters project was first mentioned, but nothing since. If you would like I can just send you the upload filter.
