Stephen, ToStringBuilder is failing its tests rather loudly. I assume it's linked to your change of ToStringStyle.DEFAULT_STYLE to getDefaultStyle.
I've modified the code so that this.defaultStyle is initially ToStringStyle.DEFAULT_STYLE, but I wouldn't be stunned if this is the wrong thing to do as I'm changing things without context.
