ResultSetDynaClass.createDynaProperty uses getColumnName(i).toLowerCase()

I do not believe that the change you are suggesting should be made.

The problem is that different databases are very inconsistent about the
capitalization of column names that they return, which would make application
portability much more problematic if this change was made.

The current algorithm guarantees a predicatable property name (for a given table
schema), no matter what database you are running on.
