Ok, this one works. 
I don't think that this particular patch has any great relevance, but I just 
wanted to show that sometimes an array-centric approach spares instances as 
well as execution time. Alas, there is no load test suite available and the 
default tests only use small array sizes so there is no significant difference 
in the execution time. But if consequently arrays with a fixed size would be 
used wherever the size is known in advance, much memory-reallocation could be 
spared.
