[Daemon][Doc Patch] Filling out the procrun docs

Sorry if you felt right now that the procrun is the extension to
Tomcat. After all it allways was. The GUI is Tomcat related for a long
time with the spash screens, log parsing, etc...
So you had to tweak that anyhow. OTOH no one expressed the desire to
use the procrun in some other ASF project.

The rest of the code wasn't changed at all (except the registry key), which
is a single point header #define.
Registry was changed to allow to enumerate the group of services, cause
Control Panel application cannot receive the command line parameters.

I'm using the procrun on a daily basis to run the PHP scripts and
Java applications as services, just changing some #defines and bitmaps.
With some effort all that can be defined at compile time.

If you'll stay with your GPL to the latest docs, I'll revert that.
