It would also be nice to have Object->primitive as well. Particularly when combined with the chaining you mention later on. You could convert Object->Integer, then Integer->int. Though the creation of an extra object may be a waste in some cases. Just something to think about. I'm very interested in this project btw, but have very little available time.
