To my mind, yes... I know that at least one objection was raised, and instead of stalling or rushing a decision, I'd rather delay it.. There is nothing that says that 1.1 has to take 6 months to release or anything like that! I would rather have a 1.0 go out, followed in a month by a 1.1. It would give us a chance to demonstrate to the community that we are actively releaseing..
